Parental Responsibility Parents/guardians are fully responsible for monitoring their child’s use of the app. The app may personalize stories based on child profile data (age, preferences).
Privacy Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or complete accuracy.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storyly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may also delete your account at any time.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of your country/region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
