At Storyly, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your and your child’s privacy. This Terms of Use explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our storybook app.

  1. Eligibility
    The app is intended for use by parents, guardians, and children under parental supervision. Parents/guardians must create and manage child profiles.
  2. Accounts & Profiles
    Parents are responsible for providing accurate information during account creation. Parents may create child profiles, but must ensure all use complies with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. Subscriptions & Payments
    Some features are free, while premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing terms, and renewal options will be shown during purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in advance.
  4. Use of the App
    You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You may not:
    • Copy, distribute, or modify app content without permission.
    • Share or resell your subscription account.
    • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
    • Upload or share inappropriate content.
  5. Content & Intellectual Property
    All stories, illustrations, characters, and app features are owned by Storyly or licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  6. Parental Responsibility
    Parents/guardians are fully responsible for monitoring their child’s use of the app. The app may personalize stories based on child profile data (age, preferences).
  7. Privacy
    Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or complete accuracy.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storyly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
  10. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may also delete your account at any time.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of your country/region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
